what is the point of getting an offline dictionary if you have to download the database with wap. where can i download the database to my pc and transfer it to my sd card?

Why not just first download the dictionary database using free home or public Wi-Fi. And who told you to use WAP to download database? that would be stupid.
this offline dictionary is great, atleast it served the purpose. Others just required internet.
