I can’t use internet on my GALAXY ACE DUOS SGHi589…because it does’t show the option ‘USE PACKET DATA’ on GSM SIM.I can’t use the internet on CDMA sim also.I also contacted with your service center;but there is no solution to get internet on my mobile,because of unavailable of software…pls launch software so that I can use internet on my phone…..

If Packet Data is disabled from within the system no one can help you, its really weird that Samsung launched the phones without even testing the Packet Data.
